M’Kenzy Walters
Founder
Hi, I’m M’Kenzy Walters, the founder of Career Collective Consulting. By day, I work in Talent Acquisition, where I’ve supported both consulting firms and now corporate manufacturing roles across the U.S. and Canada. I know what hiring managers and recruiters are really looking for — because I’ve been on the inside.
I hold an M.S. in Organizational Psychology, which gives me a deep understanding of how people grow, succeed, and find meaning in their work. I bring that blend of research-backed knowledge and real-world recruiting experience into every coaching session and resume project.
Beyond my career world, I call South Carolina home, where I live with my partner, Alexander, our two dogs (Bruno & Marshmallow), and our cat (Simba). When I’m not coaching or recruiting, I love reading a good book, exploring new places, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
